Terms of Service

Last updated November 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of QuranStudio. By creating an account or submitting a recitation, you agree to them.

The service

QuranStudio takes a Qur'an recitation you provide (a link or an uploaded file) and produces a subtitled video from it, within the limits shown in the app (how many videos, and how long they may be, per day). It is free: we don't charge for it and don't take payments of any kind. It is provided as-is — see Availability & warranty below.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • only submit a recitation you have the right to use — a link to a public recording, or a file that is yours to submit, or that you have permission to process;
  • not use the service for anything unlawful, or to submit content that is not a Qur'an recitation in an attempt to get free video processing;
  • not attempt to circumvent the daily limits, disrupt the service, or access another account's videos or data;
  • not use automated means to create accounts or submit jobs at a scale beyond normal personal use.

We may suspend or ban an account that violates these terms. If we do, any job of yours still queued is cancelled; a job already rendering is allowed to finish, and its output is then deleted on the same schedule as any other video. A ban does not prevent you from reaching us to appeal it.

Your content

You own what you submit. We do not claim ownership of the recitation you provide or the video we render from it, we do not use it to train any model, and we do not publish or showcase it without your action (for example, choosing to feature it yourself). You grant us only the limited right to process it for the sole purpose of producing your video and operating the service — including the retention and automatic deletion described in the Privacy Policy.

A Qur'an recitation you submit may be a copyrighted recording owned by someone else — the reciter, a publisher, or a broadcaster. You are responsible for having the right to submit it. See our DMCA / Copyright page for how we handle a copyright claim against content processed through the service.

Account access and recovery

There is no account recovery if you lose access to your email. Signing in with a one-time code, or with Google, means access to your email address is access to your account — there is no separate password we can reset for you on most accounts, and even where one exists we will not use it to bypass email-based verification. Our support team cannot verify your identity by any other means and will not attempt to. If you lose access to the email address on your account, you will need to create a new account. QuranStudio is a free service, so this is the accepted trade-off for keeping sign-in simple and not holding a password for most accounts at all.

Keep the email address on your account current and accessible. If you're switching addresses, change your account email before you lose access to the old one.

Deleting your account (see Deletion in the Privacy Policy) is a separate, more final step than losing access to your email. Once an account is deleted, its email address is permanently retained and blocked rather than freed — deletion is not a way to close an account and open a fresh one on the same address.

Availability & warranty

QuranStudio is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a submitted recitation will render successfully. We do our best to keep it running and to process what you submit correctly, but we make no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from Settings (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, at our discretion, with the handling of in-flight jobs described under Acceptable use above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above when we do; continuing to use QuranStudio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
